Visiting the Website

When you contact us

Information on the orders you place is retained after the order is completed for legal purposes, including tax, audit, and corporate records, and may also be used for customer service purposes. All documents you submit to us are securely deleted 21 days after the order is returned. Information may also be used for internal business purposes and for research and development purposes. If you are concerned about personal information in the documents submitted to us for editing, we encourage you to replace any such information with placeholder text.

Providing feedback to us

Your feedback is essential to our ability to assess and improve our service to you. The feedback and reviews you provide will be connected to the order information. We may also contact you to respond to the feedback you provide. If you choose to provide feedback through TrustPilot, you give permission for your feedback to be displayed on the Website along with your name, as provided by you to TrustPilot.

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request a correction of any errors or omissions therein.
